We've been chosen to adopt again! Our baby girl will be born this April in Ocean Springs, MS. We can't wait!!

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving 2008
Perfect as always. Dinner was great-- turkey, stuffin' muffins and superb gravy. Lauren won the Thanksgiving Dessert Contest with her Raspberry Lemon cupcakes that she had shipped from a New York Bakery--- oh I mean that she made herself. :)

Halloween!

Disneyland!

We had a great time at Disneyland with our friends Don, Kylee, Ethan and baby Emily! Chloe loves almost all the rides now. Her favorites were Splash Mountain and Soarin' Over California.

Backyard Campout!

We had a backyard campout Friday night complete with snacks, blankets and the portable DVD player. Chloe made it until 10:00 and then we promptly came back inside to sleep in our "regular beds".

Sunflowers

Chloe planted sunflower seeds and was amazed by how quickly (and how big!) they grew.

4th of July

Chloe is growing up so fast. I can't believe how old she looks in this picture.

Swim School!

Chloe and her friend Ethan are taking swim lessons at Swim 2 Shore. They had a great first lesson!

Singin in the rain

We had a late May thunderstorm and Chloe couldn't resist being in the middle of it.

Being a Ballet Kitty is hard work...

First there's the hard work of deciding which shoes to wear. This is so hard that you eventually just have to give up and wear both. Then there's all the curtsies, toe touches and pirouettes. Finally you're so exhausted you just want to take a nap on the couch but your Mom is taking way too many pictures of you. It's all very exhausting being a four-year-old "Ballet Kitty"!

Blueberry Picking

Early this morning Matt, Chloe, "Grandpa Bobby" and I went to the Temecula Berry Company to pick blueberries. Chloe LOVED it!We couldn't believe how sweet the blueberries tasted! Afterwards we came home and made delicious blueberry muffins. It's definitely worth the trip- Here's the website- www.temeculaberryco.com

Chloe sets the table...

Chloe loves to set the table. She is particularly fond of making elaborate centerpieces.

Little Miss Bossy

Chloe loves all the Little Miss books. Her favorites are Little Miss Bossy and Little Miss Naughty..... This is her interpretation of Little Miss Bossy. :)

Happy Birthday Chloe!

Today was Chloe's 4th birthday!
She claims now that she is 4 she can't scribble
but she can hop on one foot. She had 4 birthday celebrations
and loved them all! Matt built her a puppet theater and
even though it isn't quite finished she has already performed
several one-act plays. :)
